Lawyer of Our Firm Is Recruited as an Arbitrator of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board

Recently, the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) announced on its official website to recruit Liao Ming, the partner of our firm as its arbitrator.
Graduating from Tsinghua University School of Law, Liao Ming served as the investigation official of China’s foreign trade and investment cases in the Ministry of Commerce from 2003 to 2013. He also represented Chinese government to participate in the multilateral and bilateral economic and trade meetings. Since 2014, he has been working as a practicing lawyer. Liao Ming lawyer has long been the advisory consultant, arbitrator and mediator of many foreign and domestic resolution agencies for commercial disputes, including Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), Asian International Arbitration Center (AIAC), Singapore International Mediation Center (SIMC),China Chamber of International Commerce (ICC China), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC)/Beijing International Arbitration Center (BIAC), China Chongqing Arbitration Commission, Mianyang Arbitration Commission, and Baotou Arbitration Commission.
