OnApril 27, 2016, the training session of commercial dispute resolution and going out legal risk prevention, whichwas co-sponsored by the Southwest Branch of CIETAC and Luzhou Municipal Government,was successfully held in Luzhou, Sichuan Province. Member of the StandingCommittee of Luzhou Municipal Committee, Secretary-General of Luzhou Municipal CommitteeTong Zeng, Secretary of the Southwest Branch of CIETAC Rui Wang attended the sessionand delivered speeches. CIETAC arbitrator, senior partner of Tahota Daqing Fuand senior partner Jinnan Li had made a special report respectively. The sessionwas chaired by the Deputy Secretary-General of Luzhou Municipal Committee XiaopingLi.

Lawyer Jinnan Li made adetail introduction of the situation of overseas investment and majorinvestments forms of Chinese enterprises in his report. In combination withpractical experience, Li analyzed main legal risks faced by overseas investmentsand put forward some solutions.
