At 7:49am on April 14, 2010, the 7.1-magnitude quake in Yushu County of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Qinghai Province touched all hearts of Tahota staff. We are all part of China and our futures are forever linked in humanity, so in order to help the Yushu fellow compatriots to get through this severe situation and rebuild their homes, the party branch and administrative committee of Tahota had jointly held an activity of fundraise to the quake-hit areas at 3:00pm of April 22.

At the fundraise site, partners, lawyers, assistants and administrative staff of Tahota all went into action with devotion to put their contribution money into the donation box and prayed for the victims and hoped that such a pygmy effort could help them to pull through the hard life post-quake. Finally, contribution of RMB31,000 were raised in just half an hour, which would be soon delivered to Yushu via Sichuan Province Lawyers Association as the sympathetic concern and loving given by all staff of Tahota to compatriots in the quake-hit areas.

We are confident that, with the joint efforts of the Chinese people and support from the international community, people in quake-hit region will overcome the disaster and rebuild their homelands. In the near future, Yushu must be more prosperous with galsang flowers blooming on grassland and the traditional Guozhuang Dance will be more bold and unrestrained, freedom and vibrant. Also, Yushu will definitely have an even more brilliant future.
